What motivates me every day is seeing our students dare, evolve and reveal themselves in a world as lively and demanding as that of wine and spirits.

As Director of the Institut Supérieur du Vin, my mission is to create the right conditions for each student to find their own path. We combine theoretical knowledge, practical skills and strong human support. Because, over and above the courses, we train professionals who are capable of adapting, innovating and flourishing in this fast-changing sector. As someone who has always worked in this sector, I appreciate the extent to which training today has to meet the demands of the market while leaving room for personal development.
