{"id":17440,"date":"2025-09-18T19:06:47","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T17:06:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isvin.fr\/?p=17440"},"modified":"2026-02-12T12:41:12","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T11:41:12","slug":"les-etudiants-en-bachelor-a-la-decouverte-des-vins-du-languedoc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isvin.fr\/en\/2025\/09\/18\/les-etudiants-en-bachelor-a-la-decouverte-des-vins-du-languedoc\/","title":{"rendered":"Bachelor students discover Languedoc wines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of their <strong data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"410\">formation Bachelor vins et spiritueux en Languedoc<\/strong>\u00a0les \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019<strong data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"466\">Institut Sup\u00e9rieur du Vin (ISV)<\/strong> se sont rendus au <strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"503\">Mas de Saporta<\/strong>, si\u00e8ge de l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.languedoc-aoc.com\/\">\u2019<\/a><strong data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"533\">AOC Languedoc<\/strong>, pour une <strong data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"620\">immersion au c\u0153ur de l\u2019une des plus grandes r\u00e9gions viticoles fran\u00e7aises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"805\">Cette sortie p\u00e9dagogique a permis d\u2019allier <strong data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"694\">d\u00e9couverte du territoire<\/strong>, compr\u00e9hension des <strong data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"751\">enjeux historiques et \u00e9conomiques<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"804\">d\u00e9gustation comment\u00e9e de 7 vins du Languedoc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"872\"><strong>Comprendre l\u2019histoire et l\u2019identit\u00e9 des vins du Languedoc<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"1089\">Premi\u00e8re r\u00e9gion viticole de France en surface, le <strong data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"937\">Languedoc<\/strong> poss\u00e8de une histoire riche et complexe, intimement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la viticulture fran\u00e7aise. Au Mas de Saporta, les \u00e9tudiants ont pu retracer :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1323\">\n<li data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1131\">\n<p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1131\">L\u2019<strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1129\">histoire des vins du Languedoc<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1187\">\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1187\">La structuration progressive de l\u2019<strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1185\">AOC Languedoc<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1244\">\n<p data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1244\">The diversity of <strong data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1242\">territoires et des appellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1323\">\n<p data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1323\">Les grandes \u00e9tapes de la mont\u00e9e en qualit\u00e9 et de la valorisation r\u00e9gionale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1464\">Un \u00e9clairage essentiel pour comprendre les <strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1394\">dynamiques collectives<\/strong> et les enjeux de reconnaissance d\u2019un vignoble aux multiples facettes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1518\"><strong>Terroirs, appellations et enjeux \u00e9conomiques<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1608\">La visite a \u00e9galement permis d\u2019aborder les <strong data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1606\">fondamentaux du territoire languedocien<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1879\">\n<li data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1688\">\n<p data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1688\">The diversity of <strong data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1641\">terroirs<\/strong> (climats, sols, influences m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1732\">\n<p data-start=\"1691\" data-end=\"1732\">Les principaux <strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1717\">c\u00e9pages<\/strong> de la r\u00e9gion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1800\">\n<p data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1800\">Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019<strong data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1765\">AOC Languedoc<\/strong> dans la structuration de l\u2019offre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1879\">\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1879\">The <strong data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1842\">enjeux \u00e9conomiques et de march\u00e9<\/strong>, en France comme \u00e0 l\u2019international<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"2036\">Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont au c\u0153ur des enseignements du Bachelor, qui vise \u00e0 donner aux \u00e9tudiants une <strong data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2035\">lecture globale et strat\u00e9gique de la fili\u00e8re vitivinicole<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2099\"><strong>Une d\u00e9gustation p\u00e9dagogique de 7 vins du Languedoc<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2249\">Moment cl\u00e9 de cette immersion : une <strong data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2200\">d\u00e9gustation comment\u00e9e de 7 vins repr\u00e9sentatifs de la r\u00e9gion<\/strong>.
