Every year at the\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.isvin.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut Sup\u00e9rieur du Vin<\/a>, a new adventure begins. What motivates me every day is seeing our students dare, evolve and reveal themselves in a world as lively and demanding as that of wine and spirits.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>A wine school on a human scale<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>As Director of the Institut Sup\u00e9rieur du Vin, my mission is to create the right conditions for each student to find their own path. We combine theoretical knowledge, practical skills and strong human support. Because, over and above the courses, we train professionals who are capable of adapting, innovating and flourishing in this fast-changing sector.
