Cette exp\u00e9rience p\u00e9dagogique, \u00e0 la fois th\u00e9orique et pratique, leur a permis de d\u00e9couvrir la richesse du monde brassicole sous toutes ses facettes. La masterclass bi\u00e8re a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une pr\u00e9sentation des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de production, des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 la fermentation, en passant par les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s artisanaux et industriels. Beno\u00eet Chaligne a su captiver son audience gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche p\u00e9dagogique dynamique et illustr\u00e9e d\u2019exemples concrets. Les \u00e9tudiants ont ensuite explor\u00e9 les principaux styles de bi\u00e8res : blondes, brunes, IPA, lambics\u2026 une palette aromatique aussi vaste que surprenante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9gustation et partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est suivie une d\u00e9gustation comment\u00e9e de plus de quinze bi\u00e8res locales, fran\u00e7aises et internationales. Ce moment de d\u00e9couverte sensorielle a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichi par l\u2019intervention de Lise-Ael Navarre, \u00e9tudiante en alternance \u00e0 la brasserie toulousaine Anywhere Beer Factory. Elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 plusieurs r\u00e9f\u00e9rences issues de sa brasserie, illustrant parfaitement la synergie entre l\u2019apprentissage en cours et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de terrain.
